We are excited to have been invited to teach before a screening by Bernal Outdoor Cinema, a free outdoor event at Precita Park.
Night 2 of Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema's 20th Season. Featured are independently produced films by local filmmakers-- including short documentaries, fiction, narratives, animation, art/experimental and music videos. This all ages event takes place in Bernal Heights' Precita Park on the evening of Sept 9th. The event opens at 6:00 pm with free salsa lessons by Rueda Con Ritmo at 6:30. Screenings start at 7 pm.. Come early and spread out with picnics, lawn chairs, friends and family.
Bernal Heights Outdoor Cinema presents free screenings showcasing diverse local filmmakers’ works in neighborhood parks and open spaces to increase the exposure and recognition of Bernal artists, to heighten their appreciation by neighborhood and citywide residents and to bring the community together for the enjoyment of our neighborhood’s talent and resources.
