Rueda Con Ritmo Performance

Filmed at the SF Rueda Festival. Choreography by Ryan Mead and Sidney Weaverling to "El Riki Ricón" by La Charanga Habanera.

The choreography is primarily danced on 3, but some sections are danced on 1, a short section is danced on 2 (contratiempo), and there is a section at the end of the piece called "la ola," where each couple dances on a different beat (1,2,3,5,6, and 7). During one section of the piece, the two female leaders switch to following, and the 6 couples become 4 sets of triples, with one leader for every two followers.
